Tribute Ad submissions are not accepted past April 15 due to the publication of the yearbook. Once the pages are submitted to the publisher, we are no longer able to make additions or changes of any kind.

4-6 Photos plus a message.

3-4 Photos plus a message.

2.5"x4" - Wide Format Only
1-2 Photos plus a message.
What to Submit
Full Name as you wish it to appear.
All Photos in JPG format only.
Message with correct spelling
and who it's from.
A valid Email and Phone Number
in order to send you a proof
or call if there's a problem.
Full amount of the Payment
must be paid through the
front office in Building 50
before an ad will be created.
